Thank you for shopping with Haidar. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

United States Delivery

After processing, estimated delivery within the United States is 2–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Haidar’s control.

International Delivery

After processing, estimated international delivery is 7–14 business days. International delivery may take longer because of customs processing or local carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. A standard domestic shipping option is currently $8. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available carrier service.

Where We Ship

Haidar ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available to your country.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the shipping label is created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. Where applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays or Delivery Problems

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, email haidar@haidarthobes.com with your order number so our team can assist you.
